Space on Hold guest terms

Space On Hold, LLC ("Space on Hold") runs the booking software this space's owner uses. Your rental agreement is with the space owner, not with Space on Hold. These terms cover only your use of the booking site.

Files you upload. Only upload a certificate of insurance you have the right to share that relates to your booking. Do not upload anything that contains viruses or malware, or that is false, misleading, or unlawful. We may remove a file or restrict your access to the booking site if we believe a file breaks these rules. The space owner and the people on their team who manage bookings or billing can see the files you upload to your booking. Files are not scanned for viruses or malware. You are responsible for the security of your own device and files. We recommend keeping your antivirus and software up to date and keeping your own backups.

Space on Hold provides the booking site "as is." To the extent the law allows, Space on Hold is not liable for the space, the rental, or the owner's actions.

Missouri law governs these terms. The exclusive venue is the state courts of Christian County, Missouri, or, for a dispute in federal court, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
