Here's what opened on the desk and the booking page.

• Guests book on your page without making an account.
• You set the hours, the hourly, half-day and full-day rates, a buffer between bookings, and a deposit percent.
• Each space either books an open time right away, once the deposit and any required files are in, or takes requests that you accept. With a request, nothing is charged until you accept it, and then the guest pays any deposit.
• Card deposits go to your own Stripe account. You can connect one you already have or create a new one.
• You can also record payments made by Venmo, cash or check.
• You can require a certificate of insurance or signed house rules.
• Access notes stay off the public page. Once a booking is confirmed, the guest gets them 24 hours before the booking, or right away if they booked later than that.
• The guest agrees to the guest terms before they pay or upload a file.
• If you ask for a damage hold, it's a card authorization placed close to the visit. It isn't the deposit, and it doesn't confirm the booking.
• By default, the visit reminder goes out 1 day before and the balance-due email goes out 1 week before. Each space can pick 1 week before, 1 day before or the same day instead, and you can turn off either email.
• You can block time on the calendar.
• On Requests, a hold saves a time for 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours (48 by default). It becomes a booking once the deposit and any required files are in.
• A tour is a short visit to see the space, not a booking.
• When a day is taken, someone can join the waitlist.
• A package books more than one space for one visit.
• You can connect Google or Outlook, or paste a Google, Outlook or Apple calendar address so those hours stay busy.
• People lists everyone who has booked, and you can add a person yourself. Guests still don't get an account.
• Your public page uses the address you picked, and you can point a hostname you already own at it.
