Plans and billing

There are three plans: One space is $59 a month for up to 1 space, A few spaces is $99 a month for up to 3 spaces, and The property is $149 a month for up to 8 spaces. Yearly billing is 15% off twelve months: $601.80, $1,009.80 and $1,519.80. Prices are before sales tax. There's 0% commission on guest bookings.

The trial is 30 days, no card needed. There's one free trial per email address. Signing up again with the same email, or changing plans, doesn't start a new trial. If you subscribe with less than 2 days left in your trial, you're charged right away.

On the Billing page, you choose Monthly or Yearly above the plans. The subscribe button says "Agree and subscribe," or "Agree and subscribe yearly" for yearly billing. Right above the button, the page names the plan and the price. For One space, monthly, it says: "By subscribing, you agree that your plan (One space) renews automatically at $59/month, before sales tax, until you cancel. To cancel, open Settings and choose Billing page. Cancel anytime to stop the next charge." Other plans and yearly billing use the same wording with their own name and price ($601.80/year, $1,009.80/year, $1,519.80/year).

If your free trial has already ended, the Billing page shows that billing starts today at $59 a month, before sales tax. Other plans show their own monthly price. If the founding host rate applies, this line shows the founding host price instead.

The Billing page shows: "50 founder spots. Founders get 35% off monthly billing for as long as they stay subscribed. The offer is open until Dec 15, 2026, 11:59 PM Central, or until all 50 spots are taken, whichever comes first. You claim your spot when your first monthly payment goes through. The free trial doesn't count. One spot per person, monthly billing only. If you change plans, your founding host rate carries over as 35% off the new plan's monthly price, as long as you stay on monthly billing and stay subscribed." After the deadline, it says "The founding host rate is closed to new hosts."

When the founding host rate applies, the button prices are $38.35, $64.35 and $96.85, and the line reads "Founding host rate:" followed by the price and "/month, before sales tax." Otherwise it reads "No founding host rate: the price is" followed by the plan's monthly price and "before sales tax." Switching to yearly billing ends your founding host rate, whether it's active or reserved. It can't be restored. While the rate is active, the Billing page offers "Switch to yearly billing" and "Switch to monthly billing," and shows the yearly price before sales tax.

The Billing page opens Stripe's customer portal. If you're using every space your plan allows and a bigger plan exists, the Billing page shows "Change the plan." This applies during a trial or an active subscription. If you pick a plan with fewer spaces than you have, you'll see "This account has more spaces than that plan allows."

New bookings stay open during your trial and while your plan is active. If a payment fails or your plan ends, your account becomes view-only, and guests see "This space is not taking new bookings." Paying again reopens bookings. When your subscription ends, you have 30 days to download your files, and we email you before that period ends. After 30 days, we permanently delete your account's files and photos, including guest certificates, condition photos, listing photos, and your logo. database backups that may hold your booking records are deleted within 90 days.
