Reminder timing

Each space times two guest emails: the visit reminder and the balance-due email.

Each one can go out 1 week before, 1 day before or the same day, and you can turn on more than one of those times. The visit reminder starts at 1 day before. The balance-due email starts at 1 week before.

Your account has two on/off switches, one for each email. If a switch is off, that email never sends, and neither does any send time you leave unchecked. Someone who books after a send time has passed doesn't get a late copy. Reminders are checked every hour and stop once the visit starts.

The visit reminder goes out only for confirmed bookings. The balance-due email goes out only while a balance is still open, on a booking that's confirmed or still waiting on a file.

You can edit the subject and message for each of the six: the two emails at each of the three send times. You can fill in the guest's first name, the space, the date and time, the balance and the booking link. The first name is the first word of their name, and a blank name becomes "there". Door codes and access notes are never filled in. Everything else stays as you typed it.
