Packages and more than one space
One account can have more than one bookable space. Your plan sets the limit: One space allows 1, A few spaces allows up to 3, and The property allows up to 8. You add a space in settings once your plan has room. If you try to add one past the limit, you'll see "This plan has no room for another space."
Each space has its own hours, rates, deposit, approval, photos and booking page. A space can use the account address or a site address of its own. The account page lists all your spaces. Booking one space doesn't book the others.
A package is a named price for two or more of your spaces, booked for the same date and hours. The guest gets one hold and one charge, and the time is held on every space in the package. If any of them is already taken, the page says "That time was just taken. Pick another." If a space in the package is hidden, the booking stops and the page says "This space is not taking new bookings."
A package uses the first space's deposit percent and booking window, including how soon and how far ahead a guest can book. The deposit is that percent of the package price. A flat deposit saved on a space doesn't apply to the package. If the percent is zero, the package has no deposit.
If any space in the package requires approval, guest bookings wait for approval. The request then uses the shortest hold among the spaces in it that require approval. Bookings you make from the desk don't wait for approval. Paying a deposit by card is still a 30-minute hold. The rest of that rule is on How long a request holds.
An hourly package asks for a number of hours, at least 1. A half-day package runs 4 hours from the start time. A full-day package uses the first space's open and close times for that weekday. If that day is closed, the page says "That day is closed."
On your public page, a package shows as a block with the space names, the price and the deposit. It's labeled Package, or Exclusive package when that option is on. The label doesn't change the booking rules. The form asks for a name and email, then the date and start time. If the first space is set to take a note instead of a booking, the form sends a note, which doesn't hold the time, and the button says "Send a note." Otherwise the button says "Book" and the package name.
When a site has a package, its week view in the desk shows "Sell a package." That page has "Hold this package" and "Book this package." Book this package asks how the deposit was paid (Venmo, cash, check or other) and for an amount that covers the deposit. It doesn't charge a card.
To make a package, open Packages in settings. Name it, check at least two of your spaces, enter a price above zero, and pick hourly, half-day or full-day. You can also turn on the Exclusive label. Then save. Hide takes a package off your public page, Show puts it back, and Delete removes it.
