The terms page is dated November 4, 2026, and those terms are in effect now.
When you create an account, start a trial or click to subscribe, you agree to the terms and the privacy policy.
If we change the terms, we'll email the account owner and post the new terms at least 14 days before they take effect. You can cancel before that date, and you won't be charged under the new terms. For a material change, we'll also ask you to accept the new terms the next time you sign in. If you keep using Space on Hold after the effective date, you accept the new terms.
Signing up records your acceptance of these terms. Sign-in won't ask you to accept them again unless a later change is material.
A guest doesn't agree to the owner terms. The booking page uses the guest terms, and the guest checks that box before they pay or upload a file.
